My own path has been one of fire and transformation. I’ve walked through the shadows of abuse, addiction, and chronic pain, facing trials that tested every part of my spirit. But in those depths, I found something profound—my power. A power forged through healing, self-inquiry, and a willingness to meet myself fully. These experiences now guide my work, allowing me to walk beside you with compassion, strength, and the wisdom of someone who deeply understands the journey.
I offer not just healing, but tools to reclaim your power and break free from cycles of trauma and self-doubt. Through an intuitive blend of modalities, we focus on empowering you with the knowledge of your soul’s journey and the tools to navigate it.

My Story
I’m Elizabeth, the founder and heart behind Inner Reign Reiki—a sanctuary of transformation and healing.
My journey toward empowerment and healing began through trials that tested my spirit and resilience. As a survivor of emotional, sexual and physical abuse, recovering from addiction, living with chronic pain, and delving into the depths of trauma, I intimately understand the struggles and ongoing work it takes to reclaim one’s power. These experiences have shaped my path and strengthened my ability to help others navigate their own healing.
One of my earliest memories of connection with energy dates back to when I was just four years old. I found a wounded cedar waxwing bird and, with gentle care, nurtured it until it regained the strength to fly away. That moment awakened my passion for healing—a passion that would guide me through life’s most difficult challenges.
Over the years, I’ve faced more than ten accidents, a diagnosis of fibromyalgia, and degenerative disc disease. Reiki has become an essential part of my journey, helping me to manage its effects, find moments of peace, and reconnect with my emotional and spiritual well-being. Reiki became my anchor, a reminder of the infinite potential for healing, growth, and self-discovery within us all. Yet, despite these healing practices, I found myself stuck—trapped in trauma loops.
I realized energy healing alone wasn’t enough. I needed a toolbox—one filled with powerful tools to break the cycle and finally breathe life into my authentic being.
Today, as a single mom still exploring the depths of my own being, I’ve embraced my mantra: “I am perfectly imperfect.” This belief fuels my work with Inner Reign Reiki. I strive to nurture others’ inner strength so they, too, can reign with grace and love, stepping into their true purpose and reclaiming their roles as the kings and queens of their own destinies.
A special part of my journey includes my rescue dog, Gus. He was set to be put down after enduring five years of abuse that left him with a bite history. When I adopted Gus, I saw in him a kindred spirit—someone hurt by the world but still capable of healing and trust. Together, we’ve formed a unique bond, sharing a connection of mutual healing. Just as Reiki has been a source of transformation for me, it’s also played a role in helping Gus feel safe, loved, and whole again. Our journey together reminds me every day of the incredible resilience and healing potential within all beings.
At Inner Reign Reiki, I offer a blend of Reiki, sound healing, and art therapy to help you process emotions, reconnect with your authentic self, and heal on every level—body, mind, and spirit. Whether you’re seeking relief, transformation, or simply the space to rediscover yourself, I’m here to walk beside you every step of the way.
